All Sold!

All of the condos in my phase have been sold!  This means I will not have to pay interim occupancy fees which is GREAT.  Interim fees are kind of like having to pay rent before you start paying off your mortgage because the builder hasn't sold enough units yet.  It could be a downside to a condo if you live in a large building, but it has worked out in this case!
